Sleek Brow Kit Review!

I think this was only released about 3 days ago, but i picked it up on Thursday and i can honestly say I'm already in love with it. I love doing my eyebrows because i like the definition it adds to my face. This was actually released just in time because i was thinking about getting the Urban Decay Brow Box which is the exact same thing but double the price. the only thing with the Urban Decays one is that you get 2 powders and a wax.

You're meant to use the angled brush and the wax to fill in your brows and the other brush with the powder to set it. And the mini tweezers are good for getting rid of any stray hairs. 

Its a brilliant product, it lasts a full day on me. They do a light and a dark colour, i got the dark and i thought it might be a bit too dark for me but once i tried it out, it was fine. I love the little brushes and tweezers you get with it as well, they're really handy. The powder and wax are a great quality and very pigmented. I got mine from Superdrug for £7.99. So much better than the urban decay one that's around £16, although with the UD one, the wax is clear and you get two powders, but you still get the little brushes and tweezers. I think this is a great alternative and it perfect for anyone who loves doing their eyebrows.

Update and Apologies!

Hello everyone! First of all, I am so so so so so sorry about not posting in a whole month! I do have reasons, not excuses haha! So I thought I'd give you a little update as to what's been going on. Basically just a big post of me just rambling on and on.. 

I was at college from September 2010 studying photography but ended up quitting because i couldn't stand it, i loved the people and got on with them really well, but in the space of 8 months i learnt about 3 things. So I quit before i even finished the full year. Before i did photography, i was originally deciding between that and a beauty course. The only thing was that the college i wanted to go to, (mainly because my friends were going there and i thought it'd be a bit easier for me to settle in) didn't do a beauty course. So i was choosing between 2 colleges rather than the courses and obviously made the wrong decision haha! After i left college I went straight onto looking for a beauty course. I found a college that specialised in beauty and applied, and got in :) I was so happy after my interview, the place is lovely. 

So basically, I've been settling into my new course and I'm really enjoying it! We're just finishing learning how to do facials, and its brilliant, the next thing we learn is make-up, then I'm not sure what order we learn them in but we end up learning waxing, manicures, pedicures, eye treatments like eyebrow and eyelash tinting and eyebrow shaping and stuff. So when i haven't been at college i've either been with friends, looking for a job to fit round college, sleeping, doing assignments haha! And I've either not had time to blog, or when I have had time, I've not known what to blog about or not really been in the mood. But I'm going to try and do at leeeast one post a week, I promise, and if i don't, please tell me off! :)

I haven't at all lost interest in blogging, I find it really fun if I'm honest, but I'm either too tired or have no idea what to write about, so if you can, please give me some ideas! I'm still going to carry on with the Top 5 series, and I still need to do my answers to the questions you've all asked me, so I'll get onto those :)

Oh and i've really been into red lipsticks and purpley/pink lipsticks at the moment. Just thought I'd add that in there. I'm dying for Rebel Lipstick by MAC.
